Ready Mix Concrete Division

Dunham Price, LLC has been operating in the Ready‐Mix Concrete business for 85 years. We have been an instrumental part of the industrial and commercial development of Southwest Louisiana during this time. With our experience and equipment, we feel that we can provide quality product with excellent service while maintaining a great safety record.

Kiewit – Venture Global:

On‐site batch plant providing concrete for the construction of new LNG facility. 350,000 CY placed at a total value of $65,000,000. Year 2018‐2021.

SASOL – LCCP:

Construction of Ethylene Cracker Expansion Project (LCCP) for Sasol North America in Westlake. Completion of 500,000 CY project. Total value of over $75,000,000. Year 2015‐2018.

Sempra LNG:

Construction of the Cameron Liquefaction Expansion for Sempra Energy in Hackberry, LA. Completion of 400,000 CY project. Total value of over $50,000,000. Year 2015‐ 2020.

WG Yates Construction:

Golden Nugget Casino: Construction of the new casino and resort in Lake Charles, LA. Concrete placements ranged throughout the nights over this project. The highlight of the project being a single placement of 2,110 cubic yards of concrete completed in 8.5 hours from our 2 Westlake plants and our Lake Charles plant. 115,000 cubic yards of concrete were placed at a total value of over $10,000,000. Year 2012‐2014.

Bechtel Corporation:

Sabine Pass LNG Terminal: On‐site batch plant providing concrete for 10 subcontractors working on and off‐site. Concrete was produced 24 hours/day at different times during the project. Production requirements of 150+ yards per hour were met for periods of 10‐12 hours at a time. Over 120,000 cubic yards were placed at a total value of over $12,000,000. Year 2006‐2008.

Manhattan Construction:

L’Auberge du Lac Casino & Expansion: Construction of the new casino and resort in Lake Charles, La. Recent additions were completed to increase the capacity of the hotel. Concrete placements ranged throughout the nights over this project. The highlight of this project being a single placement of 2,800 cubic yards of concrete completed in 10 hours from our 2 Westlake plants and our Lake Charles plant. 90,000 cubic yards of concrete were placed at a total value of over $6,000,000. Year 2004‐2007.

Precast Concrete Division d/b/a DP Concrete Products, LLC

This department was established in 1967 to manufacture the girders and piling for the Highway 171 bridge over the Calcasieu River and English Bayou.

Driftwood LNG:

Total of 1,200,000 feet of 14” piling, approximately 15,000 pieces for Bechtel Energy. Project value $30,000,000. Barge delivery. Year 2022-Current.

Golden Pass Export LNG:

Combined total of 1,500,000 feet of 14” piling & 18” piling, approximately 20,000 pieces for Bo-Mac Contractors. Project value $45,000,000. Barge delivery. Year 2020-2021.

Sabine Pass Liquefaction Train 6:

Total of 500,000 feet of 14” piling approximately 5,500 pieces for Bo-Mac Contractors. Project value $8,000,000. Barge delivery. Year 2018.

Sasol Lake Charles Chemical Project:

Westlake, LA: 535,000 feet of 14” piling & 18” piling, over 9,300 pieces. Completed for Fluor/Technip (Joint Venture). Project value over $11,000,000. Truck Delivery. Year 2014-2016

Sunoco Mariner South Terminal

Nederland, TX: 207,000 feet of 14” piling, 3,450 pieces. Completed for Group Contractors. Project value over $3,000,000. Truck Delivery. Year 2013.

Sabine Pass Liquefaction Train 5:

Combined total of 400,000 feet of 14” piling & 18” piling, approximately 4,300 pieces for Bo-Mac Contractors. Project value $7,000,000. Barge delivery. Year 2016.

Sabine Pass Liquefaction Trains 3 & 4:

Combined total of 500,000 feet of 14” piling & 18” piling, approximately 5,000 pieces for Bo-Mac Contractors. Project value $10,000,000. Barge delivery. Year 2013-2014.

Sabine Pass Liquefaction Trains 1 & 2:

Over 595,000 feet of 14” piling, over 6,500 pieces. Project value $10,000,000. Some truck deliveries, mostly barge deliveries. Recently completed for Bo-Mac Contractors. Year 2012-2013.

Golden Nugget Casino Lake Charles:

399,000 feet of 16” piling, 4,500 pieces. Project value $9,500,000. Truck delivery. Completed for Boh Bros. Construction, LLC. Year 2012-2013. 2nd Phase 2014.

Chevron Phillips Steam:

Port Arthur, TX: 67,000 feet of 14” piling, over 1,100 pieces. Project value over $1,300,000. Truck delivery. Completed for Mason Construction. Year 2012.

Praxair Hydrogen Facility (Valero):

Port Arthur, TX: 170,000 feet of 14” and 16” piling, 2,400 pieces. Project value $3,000,000. Truck delivery. Completed for BO-MAC Contractors. Year 2011.

DOW Falcon Chlorine #7 (Samsung):

Freeport, TX: 69,000 feet of 16” piling, 1,700 pieces. Project value $1,600,000. Truck delivery. Completed for Piling Inc. of Texas City, TX. Year 2011.

Motiva Crude Expansion Project:

Port Arthur, TX: Combined total over 4,000,000 feet of 14” and 18” piling. The end count was over 44,000 piles. Project value over $50,000,000. Truck delivery. Completed for Bechtel. Year 2007-2008.

Mustang Engineers:

Trunkline LNG: 560 pieces of precast bents to be erected as pipe rack structure. Project value over $3,000,000. Truck delivery. Completed for Mustang. Year 2007-2008.

U.S. 90 Interchange:

40,000 feet of 14” piling. 185 pieces of Type III Girders and 90 pieces of Type IV MOD Girders. Project value over $3,000,000. Truck delivery. Completed for James Construction Group. Year 2007.

Trunkline LNG: 120,000 feet of 14” piling, 1,500 pieces. Project value over $2,000,000. Truck delivery. Completed for Mustang. Year 2007.

LA Hwy 1 (Phases 1B & 1C):

Combined total over 40,000 feet of spliced and voided 30” piling. Project value over $8,000,000. Barge delivery. Supply bonds furnished for both. Completed for Traylor Bros. Year 2007.

John James Audubon Bridge:

60,000 feet of 24” piling. 800 pieces of Type III Girders and 200 pieces of BT-72 Girders. 400 precast deck panels. Project value over $13,000,000. Project Supply bond furnished. Barge and truck delivery. Completed for Audubon Bridge Constructors JV. Year 2006-2010.

L’auberge du Lac Casino Resort Expansion:

12,000 feet of 18” piling, over 18,000 feet of 16” piling, over 400 pieces, produced and delivered simultaneously within a 2-month period. Project value over $800,000. Truck delivery. Completed for Manhattan Construction/ Boh Brothers Construction, L.L.C. Year 2006.

400,000 feet of 18” piling, over 4,100 pieces, produced and delivered simultaneously with the Cameron LNG Tank and the Sabine Pass LNG Process Area projects (below), over a 6-month period. Project value over $8,000,000. Barge delivery. Completed for Matrix Service, Inc. Year 2005-2006.

L’auberge du Lac Casino Resort:

68,000 feet of 18” piling, and 160,000 feet of 16” piling, 3,000 pieces, produced and delivered simultaneously over a 7-month period. Project value $2,200,000. Truck delivery. Completed for Manhattan Construction/ Boh Brothers Construction, L.L.C. Year 2003-2004. 

CMS Energy:

Trunkline LNG Tank Expansion: 74,000 feet of 14” piling, 1,155 pieces, all produced and delivered within 4 months. Project value over $900,000. We produced this job simultaneously with the L’auberge du Lac Casino job, at times producing over 3,600 feet of total product per day. Truck delivery. Completed for CB&I/ Boh Brothers Construction, L.L.C. Year 2003.

Wharf Rehabilitation Berths:

1, 2, & 3—Port of Lake Charles - 38,000 feet of 24” voided piling, 380 pieces, 9,690 tons of product. Project value is over $1,100,000. All barge delivery. Completed for F. Miller & Sons, Inc. of Lake Charles, LA. Year 2002.

Harbor Island Wharf Extension:

Port of Beaumont: 52,000 feet of 24” voided piling in lengths of 90, 95, & 100 feet (544 pieces). Also supplied 478 precast concrete deck panels for the top of the wharf. Total job was 18,700 tons of product for a total of $2,600,000. All products are delivered by barge. Completed for BO-MAC Contractors of Beaumont, TX. Year 2000.

New Ship Berth at Contraband Bayou:

Port of Lake Charles: 106,745 feet of 18” piling, 18,039 tons of product, 1,078 pieces, over $2,100,000. The contractor was driving over 20 per day. All delivered by truck, one piece to a truck. Completed for Boh Brothers Construction, L.L.C. of New Orleans, LA. Year 1999.
